The lower right cover corner bends downward slightly. The gilt on the backstrip is bright. There are small tears and light discoloration on the upper backstrip. The back cover is brown and good. The endpapers are mildly tanned and foxed. There is a penciled message on the right endpaper that will likely be erased prior to shipping. There is a vertical tear from the top edge of the endpaper. The interior pages are slightly stiff and very heavily tanned throughout. There is a chip on the right edge of the very last page. Size: 7.5 x 5.25", 260 pages.
